– Bookings: All classes, workshops, and events must be booked through our website, by phone, or in person.

– Late Payments: We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received by the agreed time.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
– No Refunds: All bookings, class fees, workshop fees, and ticket purchases are non-refundable.
– Event Cancellation: If Gemini Dancers cancels a class, workshop, or event, we may offer a credit toward a future class or event at our discretion
– To withdraw a student from Gemini Dancers, parents/guardians must give at least half a term’s written notice in writing to Andrea Ford. If notice is not given, half a term’s fees will be charged in lieu of notice..
4. Code of Conduct
– Students and participants are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, instructors, and other participants.
– We reserve the right to refuse entry or participation for anyone engaging in inappropriate or unsafe behaviour.
– Use of alcohol, drugs, or illegal substances on premises or during classes is strictly prohibited.
Parents and guardians understand and accept that appropriate physical contact may occur between instructors and students when necessary for teaching purposes, such as demonstrating movements, correcting posture, or ensuring safety. All contact will be kept to a minimum and conducted in a professional, respectful, and child-appropriate manner in line with safeguarding best practices
5. Health and Safety
– Participants must inform instructors of any medical conditions, injuries, or disabilities that could affect their participation.
– Gemini Dancers is not responsible for personal injury resulting from non-disclosure of relevant health information.
– You participate in classes and events at your own risk. We provide a safe environment and follow all UK health and safety regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
– All content on our website, including text, images, videos, logos, and branding, is the property of Gemini Dancers or used with permission.
